It took me a while to calm down before I wrote this, b/c I really wanted to be fair. Property management is not reliable. You have to call & call & call & call & call, before you can get things repaired on your unit. Eric works for landmark (in the office) and he is a pretty standup guy, however you will have to call him 10+ times to remind him to fix things. Josh (from Wise guys) is a DICK, he'll tell you one thing and completely LIE when it comes to him keeping his word. Kari the property manager on Orion & Moorpark (bless her heart) she wants to be totally cool w/ all the tenants, but doesn't know when to draw the line when ""friendships and business"" come in to play. Not the professional property manager you'd hope for, but she ""can do a go job"", if you bother her enough. I understand $ is $ and you want to have your property full, but they need to do a better job of screening their tenants, they left anybody live in their property. The courtyard of both properties is fill w/ dingy crap ( city search, will not let me use a cuss word) outside of peoples doors (i.e cigarette, shoes, junk). The property manager (Kari) is always worried about what ""her boss"" is going to think or say about the property's upkeep, but she does not implement simple rules to the tenants. I could go on & on about things that have not taken place in my apartment, but I won't. What I will say is PLEASE LOOK around the area before you settle here. I know it's super tough to find a good property management , but you'll be PISSED at the crap you'll have to deal with from Landmark Property management & Wise Guys, it's a pain in the butt looking for places to live, but i recommend you do your research on the property management company , and even ask the ppl that live at the complex how they feel about the management (some pple don't truly know what they are getting into until, they'll lived their for a while)
