Review content:
I joined Undisputed several months ago. I started in their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program. I love jiu jitsu. It is great for me because I have a very tactical brain. It is sort of like physical chess. The instructors are excellent. Henry Martinez is the head Jiu Jitsu instructor and he recently got his black belt. An accomplishment that takes years of training and commitment. Ben Sandoval is the other instructor and he is a brown belt. The two owners of the gym are both black belts as well.
I signed up for an Unlimited contract and so I decided to give Crossfit a try! Crossfit is cool because they teach it in classes but everyone works out at their own pace. It is very challenging, but I am beginning to really push my limits. I love the social environment and I am making new friends and feel thoroughly supported by the people in my classes. I can't imagine ever going back to a conventional gym. Next I am going to try Cardio Kick Boxing.
