I have always been interested in martial arts but never had the courage to join a school. One day I walked into Undisputed Fitness and took a free intro class. The staff was nice and understood that I have never done anything like that before so they were very patient there.\r
Everyone is nice and noboy tries hurting each other during the rolls. I recommend this school to anyone looking for to get fit, join a family, or just simply train jiu jitsu for fun or competition.\r
Now they also are offering a crossfit program\r
