I took my mower in with a bad carburetor. I knew what the problem was, and asked that it be repaired under warranty. I pick it up 6 weeks later (they were dialing the wrong phone # to say it was done) and they tell me nothing was wrong, and the same parts were used to put it back together. And they charged me $30 for service. \r \r On top of that, the service manager and sales rep actually mock me, in sarcastic voices saying ""I must know more than they do"" Well, yes, actually, that seems to be the case. \r Furthermore, a persistent customer had called, while I was in the shop - sales rep was very condecending to customer on phone, then after hanging up, it was embarrasing to listen to the 2 sales reps trash talk the customer. \r \r I took it down the street to Ace Hardware, they tell me I'm right, the float's cracked, and it's half full of gas, needs to be replaced. \r \r Thanks a lot, Four All Seasons --- Not sure how you manage to stay in business Pros: I cant think of anything to recommend Cons: Surly service, bad attitude, didnt fix my mower
