Review content:
recently visited one of your stores in Lancaster, PA (in one of the Outlet area locations)
I wanted to pass along that the gentleman who helped me out there did a great job. Not sure if he was a mgr? It was him and one other gal that were working that night. They made my shopping experience enjoyable. In specific, the gentleman (tall, brownish hair- mentioned he not only has worked in women's foot ware but also women's apparel?? Not sure if that helps in pinpointing this guy) was very helpful in offering info. about all the different shoes, the make up of each shoe, its ""purpose"", etc. Needless to say, he was very good at his job and both associates (again, possibly he was a mgr. of some sort) were friendly and good at making me feel welcome and not overwhelmed by the big selection. Note- I hate shoe shopping! SO- this is a big deal for me to make this effort. Please pass this along to the pertinent parties and see that this particular store continues to get the support and encouragement they need/deserve to ""keep up the good work!"" :) Thanks!
