Review content:
Rutherford appraised my home and I received an appraisal booklet containing the appraisal and property description. The description of the home in this booklet contained the wrong size garage, incorrect type of kitchen flooring, and incorrect exterior. It appeared to describe a completely different home. They claimed the errors were a typo. I wasted a lot of money on a worthless document.
