Review content:
This BBQ shack-type establishment serves fabulous BBQ and other specialties to go or to eat at picnic tables nearby. Porky's mostly does catering, so be sure and check their web site to see what they're offering when you plan on stopping by. The pulled pork is moist and virtually fat-free, and served on fluffy fresh rolls. They have a few sauces to slather on the sandwich. the ""Porky's"" sauce is a great choice...very tangy and flavorful. Porky's also serves a great grilled chicken sandwich cooked perfectly...not at all dry, and with delicious seasonings on the outside. Be sure to try their BBQ beans too, a few different types of beans (even yellow!) in a tangy, almost fruity sauce.
