After 2 estimates he came in with one ( a verbal, did not take the time to work out the numbers ) that was double than the highest of the three. i might be older, look like a fool, but i am not a fool. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. stick with a competitive contractor with references. We chose a outfit from Carmel Valley. They are not affiliated in anyway. Similar name, DIFFERENT COMPANY. Very thorough work, happy with results, professionalism and the price was honest and fair.
