Alright, so I'm Chinese and I can say it is VERY hard to find great Chinese food in America. Most have Egg Foo Young and Americanized dishes like Chop Suey, not at Powells. Powells is the best Chinses I've had in Portland, FAR better than Chinatown. The Sal and Pepper Prawn (no shell) is to die for, the sauteed green beans are amazing, the crispy chicken in fab, and the chowfun is NUTS!! The prices are so cheap, you really can't get any better outside of China, and I speak from expierence :)
Pros: Cheap, FAST, friendly
Cons: none!!
