I took quite a few pairs of pants to this tailor because I was told she would do a good job at a decent price (presumably by a friend of hers). First off, it is incredibly expensive--$10 for a basic pant hem. On top of that, the customer service was TERRIBLE. I asked her to hem a pair of jeans a certain way (keeping the original hem--something I have had done on numerous occasions at other tailors). But, when I picked up the pants she had not done what I asked, then told me I was too picky so she hemmed them the way she thought was easier. When I complained she just told me that I shouldn't come back if I dont like it. That, after she did exactly what I asked her NOT to do. I have never had problems with a tailor like this before and I highly discourage anyone from going to this tailor. She has a horrible attitude, horrible service and is way too expensive for the work she does.
