Review content:
The groomer was rude and insulted my dog as well as criticizing my competence as a dog owner. She argued with me about how I wanted him groomed, insisting she knew better than I whether or not he would be cold if his fur was shaved which I told her I did not want, she went ahead and sheared off his fur against my requests and then decided she was done before she finished his snout because he was being ""difficult."" The noise of electric shears makes my dog nervous, I looked up a mobile grooming service at the suggestion that he might be more at ease at home. The groomer yelled at him as soon as he flinched at the sound of the shears and did everything except trying to keep him calm. The groomer exhibited a complete lack of proficiency in handling dogs as she was intimidating an already nervous dog in her aggressiveness. Handling ""difficult"" dogs is part of the job, I wish I had been made aware that wasn't in her job description before putting my dog through such torment. Her tools were filthy and her shears were dull making it that much more uncomfortable for my dog, the only kind of cuts she seemed to know how to do were short or shorter, she showed no interest or concern for my dog and didn't have the slightest grasp of what the concept 'customer service' means. Inept and abrasive is the best description of the groomer, I will never, ever, EVER use this company again.
