We had a terrible experience w/Manzanita Rental Co. We will never use them again. They Never mentioned their cancelation policy when we booked a trip 3 weeks prior to our arrival date. We had a business trip come up the day after we booked our weekend. We called to try to cancel (1 day after making the reservation) & they said they had a 30 day cancelation policy & we would not be refunded any $. Including the cleaning fee. They were rude on the phone, & would not work with us at all. In the end, it took a week and a half of leaving messages for the owner to call us back & they still would not work with us in any way shape or form. Horrible company, renters beware
