I recently attended a friend's wedding @ Bridal Veil Lakes. Everything about the day was special, including the food. The beautiful bride was careful to choose menu items to fit a vegetarian lifestyle, along with items to satisfy many others. The caterer served a delicious tofu dish with veggies in curry sauce with coconut milk . . .yum! My friends around me were raving about the stuffed pork tenderloin with wild rice and mushrooms (they also loved the tofu!) The servers were very attentive to our needs--thank you for the best food I've had at a wedding in a long time!
