oh my god! I jus' called Salon Pink to make an appt. after a few seconds on hold they tell me they can give me Paige's cell number, (the stylist I was referred to) cause she's out of town?? I told the woman I was referred to the salon and that I would take anyone that could get me in today. next thing I know another person comes on the line and the woman says ""hey, she says she'll see anyone today"" the other person says ""who does?"" then I hear a click and immediately after another...they both hung up!????? ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
Pros: did a great job on my sister's hair
Cons: absolutely terrible over the phone
