Horrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment and missed a half day of work to be there for the plumber. When nobody showed up I called and come to find out the guy scheduled the wrong day and said we can have someone out tomorrow. I would have to miss another day at work to do this and also my whole basement is covered in plastic tarp. I said if I have to be there tomorrow can I get a discount for the inconvenience and all he said was no! I would never deal with a company that can't be responsible for their mistakes! Way to make the customer pay for your stupidity.
