Randy's New and Used Tire Super Store in Welch, MN might have been just too good to be true. 25 dollars a tire for the used tires. However, they mount bald tires where it isn't legal for other tire dealers to even let you drive away with the car when such bald tires are mounted. Randy had to address an issue with the tires balance since they were apparently not balanced properly when the tires were first mounted. We went back in and 3 of the four tires? were rebalanced. Don't know why they didn't bother with the fourth tire. The wobble was still present. The car went into a proper tire store and they noted the tread and separation of the tires and... to make matters worse, the tires were mismatched. Randy gave us 20 of the 100 back after receiving the old tires back. He is definitely a man with lack of business sense and hence why I am doing this write up. Stay away from there if you care about being safe in your vehicle. A deal from Randy is like getting bent over and forced to take something you really do not want. Ladies, especially...Stay away from this guy. He has no business sense and will take full advantage of your lack of knowledge if you are not knowledgeable with tires. If he is a good guy, I fail to see it. He profits on his deliberate business of handing out misfortunes to people. He accepts responsibility, but then when it comes time to asking for a refund, gives you what HE WANTS to give you back. Be careful, our returned mismatched bald tires MIGHT be installed on YOUR car next.
