This place is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Starting with the front desk attendant. The guy had a bad appearance, by that i mean he was poorly dressed and with a terrible attitude. Very unprofessional for a national franchise like it is Days Inn. Regardless to what he may looked like it still looked better than the little motel across the street. when i entered the room it smelled like cigarettes even thought it was a non smoking room. I also noticed stains on the towels. I was staying there with my pregnant wife and at that time I was wondering why we even stayed there. I was tired and proceeded to go to sleep. when after an hour I started feeling itchy all throughout my body. I woke up to find my body full of bed bugs. I immediately got up and took a shower. Grabbed my wife and left the room. I had never encountered anything like this in my life and was amazed how something like this could ever happen. I went to the front desk and told the front desk. He was extremely rude and denied having bed bugs even after seeing my body with over 15 bites of these little creatures. He said there was nothing he can do and walked away. I had no choice but to contact the health department. The inspector mentioned they had been going through this for 4 years and if this problem was not fixed they would be shut down. This made me very upset and still have not received a refund two weeks after the incident. I have talked to a manager and they seem to keep avoiding my calls.
