I had the misfortune of locking myself out of my house two consecutive days in a row (I know I'm already establishing myself as an idiot, but I hope my review still influences people to try this company). Both days I called Good Lock & Key and they sent a locksmith, Mike, within 20 minutes of both incidents.
When we moved in the house, not too long ago, the locksmith who changed all the keys on our house commented how the seller had installed nice locks on the doors that made it harder to pick/break into. Mike picked the lock in less than a minute. This leads me to two possible conclusions. One, Mike is VERY good at his job (and I'm leaning towards this conclusion). Or two, the locks are really not as good as they claim. While his speed was unnerving, it was incredibly impressive.
The prices they charged was less than we expected for emergency home service and very reasonable. I hope to never NEED their services again, but if I ever need a locksmith, I'm definitely calling Good Lock & Key.
