I have been buying from SC for about 15 years. When I first started with Sc. I was pretty green about your products but had a very big contract with a government agency. I called SC for some tech help. I was really given the brush-off. I was looking for a DVR that would turn on via a signal from a motion detector. Well, I was pretty miffed. But, pressed on and completed my contract- barely to the satisfaction of my customer. I did not get any new business with them. Now, you guys have a rocking customer assistance program, which would have gotten both of us a lot of business way back when. That's water under the bridge. I still dabble and SC is - hands down! - the best source for all vid security. I have actually made quite a bit of money designing remote and robotic vid security systems. I have put together several covert systems for police Dept's. But, I am not the guy who buys the equipment- I was only designing. I wanted to build them. If I had, we would have done a whole lot more. All this goes back to that very first little sale all those years ago. Better service then, would have made a huge difference. So. I have always been a SC customer when I need little stuff- Obviously, I don't do a lot anymore (I'm long retired). SC is bar none, the best source in my book.
