So I wrecked my new Mercedes. After my insurance sent me to some dumpy shop, I my dealer for a recommendation. They told me to take it to european collision center. After reading the countless Yelp reviews I decided to trust them with my baby.\r
I can’t believe they took an absolutely horrible situation and flipped it into a really nice experience. I called to leave a message at night and was shocked to have a live person pick up the phone. He explained that they try to be as reachable as possible in case they are needed after hours. Wow! A far cry from my dealer who will not pick up the phone in the middle of the day. He set an appointment for me and two days later I dropped off. Their whole staff was very friendly and even though I was assigned one person to work with, Angie, I got to know them all. Sergio was great and stayed late to wait for me to pick up and Jake helped me fax some papers to my insurance company.\r
In the end my Mercedes looks like brand new. I really can not tell the difference and I felt they appreciated my business the whole time. \r
