Review content:
We are extremely dissapointed in their guest service and their performance. We are very upset that we spent that much money on an experience like this. We would have rather of paid more just to get a better experience elsewhere. Upon approaching the front desk before our appointment, the receptionist was busy with another customer. Never once did we get recognized and that she will be right with us. It's like she didn't even know we were there. She was busy telling the other guests how cute his dog was and making small talk with him. After 5 minutes of standing there waiting, she finally helped us. She was very unprofessional. Asking us if we have weighed him yet, like we knew we were supposed to? After getting into our room we waited for about 10 minutes for the vetnurse to come in. It looked like he had walked right out of high school. I was not confident. He didn't seem very knowledgeable and wasn't very well spoken. Then when the vet came in he pretty much just told us how good looking our puppy was and if we were getting him neutured. We weren't sure about it and he goes on saying ""there are a lot of good reasons to do it..."" and doesn't tell us why. Pretty much left us hanging there. We went in for a check up and booster shots, and the only thing we got out of it was him poking our pup twice for shots, and taking his heart rate, something I'm sure we could have done by ourselves. He never said his eyes were good, or his ears, or anything. He barely examined him. Needless to say we will not be recommending our friends and family go there, and we highly encourage them to go somewhere else.
