Review content:
We used Sears for our bathroom remodel. The charged us an arm and a leg and I do not see my money's worth!
They started the project late and Karen the project manager tried to blame us when it was her job to make sure it was done in a timely manner. They ordered the wrong tub, the wrong counter, it was a mess.
We really liked the two men who did the work, but the shower drain is higher than the rest of the floor and won't drain properly. Karen, the project manager was told this, but she has not folowed through. We wish we had used someone else. 7 weeks later we are still waiting for the shower floor repair, they suck at sears!!!! Don't waste your money, pay for a good job that you can see your money's worth.
