Rick was fabulous! We needed a car for a quick trip to Arizona. Two other companies we had dealt with made it seem as though our business was not very important to them. Nothing but run arounds and rude employees. After much frustration we found Rent A Wreck, completely by accident and very thankful for that. Without any issuses at all we were on our to AZ. We were set up in a vehicle within 30 minutes. We thought the price was very fair. However, when we returned over $100. was credited back to us! As if that wasn't enough, our pick up ride was late and we were allowed to wait there for over half an hour. Nice people with wonderful people skills. If you need to rent a car and you want to be treated well, this is the place to go! Thank you
