First I had a gentleman by the name of Randy come out to my house and tried to tell me ""everything"" I needed and how a partial system would not be sufficient. He was so desperate for the sale he offered to remove a toilet out of my basement bathroom, HIMSELF on a Saturday afternoon. What a joke!
I decided to have a second gentleman come out because I didn't like Mr Randy's attitude and pushiness, so they must have sent out shyster #2 Mr. Ken. Super nice guy, but you can tell he's a salesman...yes this and yes that and they can do this and then discussing the whole ""argon"" gas issue and how their services can provide more than just water proofing ON AND ON AND ON. And then the whole ""Dr. Energy"" thing.
I later found out why they are so pushy - at Woods their salesman ONLY get paid if they sell stuff. So, of course, they are going to try and get you to buy anything so they can make some money!
Anyway, look around, don't just take their words for it.
