When you sign a lease you are given a rule book throw it away, the only rule the lazy management cares about is your rent. The community is crap neighbors are inconsiderate, and dont care if you complain, I have seen more broke down cars here at times then shroyers junk yard. Parking is a joke, and any maintaince issues will not be taken care of. I can not even park near my home due to to many cars belonging to one home in a 6 home block which is in the rules one up close 2nd or company further down Management needs to go around and check the property but that would involve coming out of the office. The rules dont apply for every one just the ones not close to management
