Alex's crew was great. They ran into a road closure on the way to my house, but called me right away to inform me they were going to be a little late (30 mins). That allowed me to run to DD to grab breakfast so it all worked out. Alex's crew went right to work and they did a fantastic job. I haven't had my windows cleaned since I moved into my house in 2002 (yes, that is quite embarrassing). I had no idea what I was missing! My windows are crystal clear. I just hope no one breaks their nose for mistaking my sliding glass door to be open. :-) Excellent job and I would recommend them without a doubt.
