Here is the bottom line. Ted gets an unsatisfactory and Daniel and his Team get an Excellent. Apparently Ted sent his team to Gilbert --- the wrong job site. I (note I) called the office to find out where the window cleaners were at 8:10am. Ted first explained they were in traffic and would be there in ten minutes. I (note I) called Ted at 8:25am and asked where are the window cleaners. This time he said he had sent them to the wrong house and they were in Gilbert. They would be at my house at 9:30am. I (again note I) called Ted at 9:40am and asked once again. He responded they were on there way back to the office and would be there between 11 and 11:30am. I then received a call from Daniel who told me he would be here at 11:30 and he was. FROM THERE THINGS WENT UP HILL. DANIEL AND HIS TEAM WERE EXCELLENT. They worked well, were neat, made sure I was pleased with the job and very professional. Unfortunately Squeeky Kleen losses me as a customer and I would hardly recommend Squeeky Kleen. Too bad because the cleaning team doesn't deserve the hit.
