Review content:
The windows looked fine when they were done. But, we have a 19 foot ceiling in our living room and the walls around the high windows were left filthy and scratched. They were scratched from where they put the ladder. They hit the walls with the dirty brushes. We showed them when they were done and they acted like they had no idea what we wer talking about. If the window is 19ft in the air, there is no way we would have scratched it or gotten it black. We can not reach there. That is why we called them. Now, we have to get the wall repainted. It looks terrible.

We do not know who this person is or if they are a customer or a competitor. No one has called the office to complain so we think it must be a competitor.
