Review content:
I own a retail business and purchased a channel letter sign from these guys for around 5K. After about a year the light stopped working. I was told by the new owner that it will probably cost $500 - $600 to fix it, and that it was out of warranty. I spent 5K on a sign and it doesn't even work for more than a year? What a ripoff. Mistakes happen, sure, but the lack of service is what really bothers me; no apologies, no dialogue, just basically: ""well you're screwed, thanks for your money"". The new owner actually passed me off to another employee so he didn't have to speak to me. The onwer's name is Bruce Aaronson and he owns the following locations: Rochester Hills, Novi, Waterford/Pontiac. How could you be a successful franchisee and provide such poor service, it's just not right.\r \r Try the SignsByTomorrow in Royal Oak instead, that guy understands the importance of service. Pros: none i can think of Cons: bad quality, horrible service
