I took my daughter to eat there 10/13/10 , and we order'd grilled rubens,, i was watching the cook behind the line ,(""we sat right accross from the serving window""). and he takes one of the rubens out of the microwave and sticks his finger in the sandwich to check the temp????? i guess they are not using fresh cornbeef anymore??? how gross to put your finger in a customer food... then as its being served to us; he's staring at us to see if we will eat it, or he was trying to get away with something .. so i asked the sandwich maker ""what are you looking at!!! "" he Immediately got defensive when relizing he had been caught!!!! a common reaction of an employee that just dont care about his job.. And so many would love to have is job, and still do it with pride !!!! come on Bread Basket Deli..lets not cut quality in your food or personal... fix it !!!!!
