Businiess name:  Greektown Lofts
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Great location and huge lofts, but the details are not so great... \r \r Security is nonexistant, the front door lock is mainly decorative, there is no lock to keep people off the roof - if you are on the 5th floor you will frequently hear people running around on the roof... \r \r I wouldn't park my car on the street - the greektown casino didnt complete the hotel yet and that lot is close and you don't have to take a ticket to get in (which means you dont have to go in the casino and get it validated)...\r \r The apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in, even though they said it would be, there are holes between floors, I can see the guy's place downstairs, the elevator frequently gets stuck on floors or in-between floors, and there is ZERO sound insulation between units, I can hear my neighbors below and next door sneeze. \r \r When I first moved in, they took care of a few things, but it's been taking longer and longer to get things fixed - there is still no smoke detector in my unit... Management has a hands-off attutide which can be good or bad. Pros: size, location Cons: no security, dirty, noisy tenants, no sound insulation between units, no parking - there are much better places out there
