Review content:
I have gone to Arpels for services for at least 8 years. I am sure that it has been longer, but am not exactly sure how much longer. I have gone there for a variety of services. Everything that I have gone there for whether it be a perm, cut, wax, or whatever I have had done, I always left a pleased customer. Rhonda takes a lot of pride in her business and strives to make her salon number one. The customers at Arpels always come first. The stylist are all up to date on the latest trends, but they also appreciate a customers individuality. If the trend is not what the customer is looking for, than they will meet the needs of that individual client and his or her own personal preference. Personal preferance is and individuality is heId in high regard at Arples. Both my Daughter and I go to Arpels. How often to a teenage daughter and her mother agree on things like a salon? I think that I made my point on the subject. I really like being treated as an individual, and that it is a very important piece of a successfult business. Arpels understands what it takes to keep good customer relations. I would strongly recommend Arpels to anyone. Arpels is the very best, try them and see for yourself. \r
