My car died. I had it towed it to Maryland Auto Care. Tony the Manager listened to my concerns. Then my car was turned over to Bob (The Lead Tech). He diagnosed my problem in minutes. Bob explained that I was only out of gas. I was shocked. I knew the needle was low but I thought I would make it a little farther. Finally, the owner (Jimmy) came out, introduced himself and said, ""Thanks for trying us out. No charge today. Come back if you need us. Wow. I will be back the next time my car needs service.
Pros: Honest, Friendly, Made Me Feel Like Family
Cons: Eventually owner will retire. Then what will I do?
