Review content:
Maine Air Conditioning is a good and responsive company. Whenever I call, they get back to me right away and are always good about sending out someone if there's an emergency. They are always courteous and have proven to go out of their way to make sure that things run right. They designed and installed the HVAC system in our theater. It's been a huge improvement over our last system and it works well.
Of course, as with many companies, along with the pluses there are the minuses too. Sometimes I think their follow through is a bit lacking, and I have to put in a lot of energy to make sure they do what needs to be done. I've brought this up with them and they have been quick to respond and try harder to work on that, which I really appreciate. I think sometimes it's the changes in personnel which makes the continuity of good, solid service a bit difficult, but I know they're actively working on it.
Overall, they are always very nice, prompt, open to my comments and feedback and are a very conscientious company to work with.
