My sister had ordered a pool from cutprice a couple of years ago and had a great experience, so i decided to get one from them as well. I was hesitant since they're a little over an hour away. I ordered a pool and had it delivered to my home in two days. They walked me through some of the basic pool care tips in person and over the phone. And when I needed to return something, they took it back no problem, even sent people to take it out of my vehicle. They're prices are competitive, service friendly, quality impeccible. I would certainly recommend them. Ask for Kristin...she was wonderful.
Pros: the employees have a high quality of product knowledge and are kind and sincere
Cons: they don't always answer the phone, it goes to the answering machine
