My wife bought her Saab convertible from this dealership. She said that this was a wonderfull experience with every steps explained in details. She has been there for service and she always look forward to going there because of the outstanding personal touches that she gets there. She has received personal calls from the owner making sure that she was satisfied with her service. She brings her car in to have winter tires mounted and the summer ones are cleaned and put into plastic bags. How much better can that be?\r
She will buy her next car from this dealership and she will be personally thanked by the owner, just like he did with her new car, just like he does with all his customers.\r
When you advertise your last name on your building(Shaw), you want customers to have a pleasant experience, and He does exactly that, everytime !!!
