Review content:
Julia's is a has-been, a restaurant once delightful and now a relatively awful place in which you feel the owner couldn't care less about the experience. We had dinner there, were sherparded to a small part of the restaurant, served by a nice woman who appeared to be hostess, waitress and, for all we know, cook. Rock music played fairly loudly in the background, the waitress was (sorry) sloppy and the both dishes we ordered were simply blah at best. \r

We won't be back and suggest you skip the experience. I suspect I'll drive by the Wallingford location one of these days and see the restaurant is gone. And, frankly, that will be a good thing.
