0 stars wasn't an option......\r \r Was having some vibration on my car and bought some different wheels and used Michelin tires here to these guys to try to sort it out.\r \r Very disorganized and you can tell that the manager is the only one who knows what he is doing as he is constantly leaving the front of the shop to help the guys in the back. After leaving I realize that they didn't put my car in jack mode (its an Audi thing) but most tire shops know to do this. So my suspension is messed up which I'm able to fix.\r \r Unsurprisingly vibrations got worse after being at this shop and I thought, hey I just got these balanced so it might be something else.\r \r Had a wheel tech look at my tires just to be sure before doing something more drastic and he told me these guys had completely screwed up my balancing and that my directional tires were on BACKWARDS. \r \r There were multiple types of weights on my wheels and in most cases way too much weight which meant that instead of stripping off the weight and turning the tire to necessitate the least amount of weight they just threw a bunch of weights at it and moved on. The wheel tech (On Site Tires) explained that tires and wheels all have high spots and if you line them up a balancer will tell you that you need a bunch of weight to counter act the double high spot. Someone who knows what they are doing can recognize that if a good wheel is asking for a bunch of weight that the tire should be rotated and recentered. Failing that you may have a bent rim.\r \r If you've already been to this place and your car is shaking like crazy at 65 mph then google Denver road force balancing. I like Chris at On Site Tires, but I'm sure anyone you pick will be better than these guys at Multillantes.
