Review content:
Purchased a used vehicle from Auto Trends. It idled rough and dealer assured me he would fix it. After several attempts to get in touch with him he took my car into the shop. It was returned to me with the same exact problem. We went back and forth three times with this car he never fixed the problem and I have paperwork to prove it. Finally the man had the audacity to send me a 70.00 bill for some thing he cleaned on the engine, no idea what that was from. Four months later here I am with this car that has a rapidly worstening, pre-existing problem. I am a first time buyer and he definitely took advantage. He went from overly friendly to mean, horrible customer service/business ethic. Sold me a lemon and he actually admitted it and said there was nothing I could do because there is no lemon law in nh. All together it was just an awful experience and I would advise if you are car shopping stay away from Auto Trends in Portsmouth, NH.
Cons: sells lemons
