Review content:
This is a GREAT place. It has always been very clean and the decor has been written about in various publications. It's Newbury Street relocated. I have always been promptly, warmly greeted and offered refreshments. Several appointments ago I walked into a fresh paint smell in the color area. They keep the salon very well maintained. I have been seeing my stylist for four years. She is very happy, and receives a one week paid trip to New York every year for training to keep up with the latest styles. I don't know of any other salon in the area that puts this kind of investment into their employees. I have never left looking anything but fabulous, and feeling pampered. The prices are great. I started seeing my stylist when she was only charging $30 for a hair cut, and $45 for a color. I know the owner and she is a sweet heart! She is very busy and does a fabulous job with her clients, giving them the attention they deserve. I just wanted to put my two cents in because I've noticed some not so nice reviews since an employee has left the company. There is a reason why they were voted Best of NH for 3 years, and Top 100 Salons in Elle magazine. I would highly recommend H2O.
