Review content:
Had a bad experience with them moving some heavy furniture and a piano. Told them in advance they were moving a piano and it was heavy. They showed up the day of the move without a furniture dolly and said they thought about bringing one, but didn't they they needed it. Needless to say they put some good scratches/dents on my hardwood floor. I'm a little upset about it, but what I'm more upset about is the fact that they keep blowing me off and never return calls. They claim their insurance is going to take care of it, but I think they're hoping I will just go away so they won't have to pay to fix the damages caused by their incompetence. They were cheap all right, but if you run into any problems, don't expect any kind of resolution. The risk is all on you.
