I do not usually write reviews but I am doing this in the hope of saving someone else from the grief, stress and abuse I received from Capitol Cleaners. I brought a $200 dress here and when I took it out of the packaging at home the dress felt stiff. I brought the dress back three times, the last time to have a stain removed that they did not notice the first two times. Each time I interacted with the owners they were rude on the phone, would not listen and kept insisting I was wrong. When I went to pick up the dress the last time and asked for a refund of my $15 the owner stuck her finger in my face and said if I did not get out she was calling the police. When I asked why she was reacting so strongly to a question she screamed ‘get out’. I have never in my life been treated like that by someone, much less the owner of a business.
