Awful Customer Service: I just ran over to this dry cleaner on my lunch break and am absolutely shocked at how rude the woman working there was to me. I brought a jacket that still had a stain on it that was dry cleaned by her store last fall (I just recently took it out of the plastic to wear and noticed the stain was still there) and asked whether it was worth putting it through again or not (telling her I would pay to do it again, too). She snapped â??I don t knowâ?? and stomped off. Icing on the cake is I just had close to $200 in dry cleaning done by their operation a month ago and she was the one who helped me at that time. I don t think that I have ever encountered anyone with such a nasty attitude in the service industry. It was absurd given the circumstances. Maybe she thought I was trying to get a freebie, but even if that was the case she could have dealt with it a whole lot better. In addition I should have been notified they couldn t get the stain out when I picked it up last year (though I should have inspected it at the time, too). If anyone knows of a good dry cleaner in the area I would appreciate any recommendations. I ve discovered they are few and far between.
