Review content:
My company is responsible for distributing and maintaining water service utilities throughout Ventura County. Our fleet of vehicles is subjected to some harsh road conditions and treatment, and we've been using Accurate Automotive Services for the last seven years to keep us on the road. They are an honest company, and really try to help us keep expenses down. For example, one time were were experiencing warped rotors in some of our service trucks. We thought this had to do with a combination of excessive weight and bad roads. We were worried that we were dealing with some major front end damage, but Accurate Automotive reassured us that the rotors only needed replacement. What we expected to be a huge expenditure, they were able to fix at a low cost. The mechanics at Accurate Automotive will always listen to what we identify as the problem, yet still do their own analysis before beginning work. They have never steered us wrong in the past, and I trust their judgement. Gil, the owner of Accurate Automotive, takes pride in what he does. He greets everyone personally, and treats you like you're part of the family. The lead mechanic, Robert, is very knowledgeable. He is there to help you, and in the rare instance that he can't, he will send you to someone who can. They may not always have all the answers, but will work for you to get them. You couldn't ask for a better auto shop.
