Review content:
We went to El Jimador on our trip to Bend. It was on a Sunday afternoon at 2:09PM. The name on the receipt read Agueda as our bartender. We ordered a couple Sauza Hornitos margaritas with Grand Marnier and some Guacamole. She made the margaritas with Grand Gala, not Grand Marnier and they were awful. Bad sweet & sour and bad flavor. We decided not to eat there and asked for the bill. She told us it was $29.90 and opened the register. I gave her $50 and because she didn't ring anything in, I asked her for a receipt. She gave me $15 back and ignored my request for a receipt. She started to walk away and I told her she gave me the wrong change and again asked for a receipt. I watched as she rang in the items ($29.95), she gave me the correct change and a receipt. I don't know how you can charge $11 for a crappy margarita and stay in business, but that's not really the issue. If you drink there, I would suggest you count your change and get a receipt because it appears that she was either stealing from her employer or they are evading taxes.
Pros: Good Salsa
Cons: Bad Margarita, questionable accounting practices
