My husband and I have been to this Red Robin 4 times since it opened. Each time we experienced extremely slow service. For example, today we went in for lunch and stood waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes when we were the only ones in line. Employees were walking by, ignoring us. Not even an ""I'll be with you in a moment"". When we were seated it took about 10 minutes for our server to arrive to our table to offer beverages. My husband ordered a salad with his lunch and did not receive it until about 15 minutes AFTER he finished his meal, after several reminders to the server. It was not busy in the least when we were there. The server and host seemed ""out of it"". Additionally, my husband and I both experienced stomach aches after the meal after eating the chicken strips. The whole lunch took about an hour and a half. Unacceptable for a restaurant that was not at all busy.\r \r This was just today's experience. Like I said the service has always been slow and food mediocre. Today's experience was the dealbreaker!! I recommend to just keep on driving till you get to TGI Friday's!!! Pros: The ambience is lively and fun Cons: Very slow service, mediocre/ lukewarm food.
