My hair got CHOPPED on one side on the back, lost about 5 inches and the girl did not have the decency to tell me. It was under my layers so I did not notice right away. I had to find out the day after when I was flat-ironing my hair. I think she thought she was 'texturizing' my hair and used the wrong scissors.
My 2 year old's haircut looked like it was done by a blind person. Hair on the front and back were choppy. It was supposed to be faded, instead, looked like stairs. Missing pieces on the front where strands were just left there.
NEVER EVER going back thats for darn sure. I got my refund the next day but they would not refund the tip.
Worst haircut experience ever!
