We used this service in Jan 2007, we had to go away to visit my sick mother, we returned early, the pet sitter was not home when we showed up , hours went by, we drove home, then my husband went back ,still they were not home, he walked to door and heard dogs in their garage, he waited in front of their homes. The girl drove up called him dirty choice words for coming straight from airport. We hired this pet sitter and the pet sitter was not home or nice to us. My husband said just give me my dog. This was supposed to be a cageless home boarding but we know our dog was in that garage in the dark for hours. Our dog smelled and seemed scared when we got her back. We paid her but she did not care for our dog as promised.
