Review content:
We've used Appliance Solutions to repair our Thermador oven and it's been an AWFUL experience!!! Our top oven wasn't working. They ordered a new part for it for $250 plus the charge to come out, they never called when it came in I had to call them. They came out and installed it. Three days later it was doing the exact same thing I initially called them for. I called and explained the problem, they were very rude and said someone could come out in 3 days. He showed up and messed around with it for an hour and got it to work. Two days later we had the same problem it wouldn't heat up. We had them back out and now they are telling us coincidentally it now has something else wrong with it and they want us to purchase another part!!!! DO NOT use this company for anything!! The customer service is HORRIBLE as well, whenever I called to explain how frustrated I was they were very rude and unhelpful!
