Dr. Pope and her staff are amazing! You won't find another vet like her. They show that they really care about your pet and you aren't just another customer or ""number"" waiting in their office. They usually remember my dogs names when I come---that's how personalized the care is there!\r \r I used to go to Cottonwood Animal Hostpial and Willowcreek but started to feel like just another number and that my pet was not important (I will still go to Cottonwood if American Paws is closed or something, so they are pretty good) and like they just wanted my money. Plus, if I just had a question (like when one of my dogs ate chocolate and I didn't know if I should bring her in or not) I wasn't ever able to talk to anyone right away nor did it seem like they cared. But, when I call Dr. Pope's office she or one of the Vet Tech's will personally address my questions and concerns and they won't tell you to bring your pet in unless you really need to (IE: they don't just want your money, they do what they do because they love animals). She has called me from her home personally at times. They also follow up a week later with a phone call to make sure your pet is okay. They REALLY CARE about animals.\r \r Their office is in a small home and it truly makes you feel comfortable. They charge you for what is needed but don't rip you off. Being completely honest, sometimes their fees are maybe $5-10 more than other places, but It is worth it to know that your animal is getting the best care. You can trust them because they aren't out to get your money. Their staff is very knowledgable and helpful. They will give advice about recalls on pet products. They let your pet choose a toy before you leave so it's always a positive experience for your pet. I highly recommend their office and you will love it!
